People who don't fill in the form correctly.

When I ask for the location of my link... I mean the exact page, not the category listing of a directory that contains 100 categories. I'm not going to sift through that many categories just to find my link.

Gah! Infuriating.

The latest string of link exchanges I've had are all orphaned links pages.

What a waste of time.

I don't even bother contacting the submitter to let them know I've declined their submission.
